Form with Password Access

This is an example of the Password Access feature available in forms developed using Form1 processing code. When this feature is enabled users are prompted to input an access code before they can view the form. This allows you to restrict form access. On initial form linking the user is presented with a password input, if they input the correct access code and submit the form proper will then be displayed for completion and submission. The password is maintained throughout the user session and form access will be provided until the session is ended either by closing the browser or submitting the form.

You can then complete and submit the form to receive a copy of the form submission. When you build a form using a Form1 Builder you can set the Access Code in the form processing script to any value you like.
